About Us

About Sweet Caroline’s Cakes Why Choose us?
Kimberley Radwick is the owner and designer of her business Sweet Caroline’s Cake. She is licensed baker in Marietta, GA. Kimberley has always had a passion for baking and after finishing college with a degree in Hotel-Motel-Restaurant management with emphasis in Culinary Arts she set on her career path in the hospitality industry.

Kimberley believes that before you choose anyone to design and create your wedding cake, you should know a little about that person. She has been creating cakes for over 20 years. In fact, her grandmother was a baker and Kimberley began baking at the age of 3 with her little oven right beside hers. Kimberley’s grandmother strived to use the freshest and finest ingredients available and she is just as selective as she was!

Some of our customers have included Sugarland, Ronnie Milsap, The Gatlin Brothers, Naylor Hall, Founder’s Hall, & The Biltmore Hotel.

katKathryn Steed is originally from Rome, Georgia and graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Marketing degree. Her dream has always been to bake and design cakes but little did she know her dream would soon come true. After working a year in Corporate America, Kathryn decided to follow her dreams and quit her sales job. “Working with Kimberley at Sweet Caroline’s has been an amazing experience. She is such a blessing to work with and I am so grateful that she opened this door of opportunity for me. I hope to be an inspiration for others to follow their dreams and work hard for what they want in life.”
